Nijhof and Lee installation

A bookstore in Amsterdam now an archived piece of design history at UCA, My peers and I were given a random assortment of material pieces from the archive and asked to create an installation for an exhibition promoting the archive.

The installation was themed around two main texts from the archive material we were given, the first being the First Things First manifesto and the second the Müller-Brockmanns grid system. Experimenting with the idea of looking at the works from different perspectives viewfinders were designed, each cutout being based on the Brockmann grid.
